As part of this mission, you will collaborate in a truly international environment across our hubs in Hamburg, Copenhagen, Beijing, Singapore, and Washington.

Job Responsibility

  • Take process responsibility as a process owner delegate, focusing on inbound and transport while providing global guidance to the logistics and E2E community
  • Design and develop robust logistics processes and the supporting systems that keep our operations running smoothly
  • Lead and contribute to process improvements as a process engineer, covering everything from process definition and IT coordination to testing and documentation
  • Drive our logistics transformation by championing new ways of working and defining strategic roadmaps for inbound and transport
  • Initiate and manage digital requirements to enhance our setup, ensuring our process execution is as efficient as possible
  • Contribute to our global logistics solution strategy, playing a key role in the introduction of new systems such as SAP WM, SAP EWM, and Transport Management Systems (TMS)
  • Act as a strong contributor to change management, helping our teams adapt to modern digital landscapes and future-oriented logistics workflows

Requirements

  • Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a similar field
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics, with a deep understanding of inbound processing and transport management
  • Solid expertise in specialized areas such as customs & trade compliance, 3PL/4PL management, and transportation networks
  • Strong affinity for IT solutions, particularly in defining requirements and conducting testing within SAP-based environments
  • Experience in process management to optimize workflows
  • Proven project management skills
  • Background in inventory management and comfortable working with Transport Management Systems (TMS)
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the aviation industry
  • German language skills
