KBC Group Finance is transforming towards a more end‑to‑end, data‑driven and automated finance function. We are looking for a Group Project/Process Manager to design, govern and continuously improve selected finance processes across the KBC Group. This group‑wide role operates across countries and functions and works closely with senior Finance leadership to translate strategy into efficient, future‑proof processes.

Requirements:
A strong interest in operational efficiency, automation and smart use of technology, including AI
The ability to think end to end and translate strategy into concrete process design
Minimum of 5 years of experience in process management and/or large‑scale transformation initiatives (financial services experience is not a requirement, we are also open to experience from different areas such as industrial sector)
Strong organisational skills, including planning, prioritisation and structured execution
Experience with international collaboration and fluency in English
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to listen, align and influence without formal authority
Curiosity and openness to learn across domains, both broadly and in depth
