Job Responsibility

  • Design, map, and optimize business processes in line with strategic objectives
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile etc
  • Act as a process owner and ensure adherence to governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and drive solutions
  • Monitor KPIs to measure process performance and ensure continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 8+ years of experience in process management, process design, or operational excellence
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with process improvement tools (Signavio etc) and frameworks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Having a strong appetite for understanding different workflows and processes within different channels
  • Great communication and presentation skills including attractive presentation preparations
  • Fluent English both in writing and speaking to sustain periodical update meetings with Vodafone Group

  • Coordinate with process owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to capture current-state (“as-is”) workflows and design improved (“to-be”) processes
  • Maintain a central process repository ensuring documentation is accurate, current, and version controlled
  • Partner with Risk & Control teams to identify key process risks, controls, and ensure documentation supports RCSA
  • Support the management of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Support the co-ordination and facilitation of workshops and reviews to validate process maps, risk/control alignment, and ensure stakeholder sign-off
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, including automation, simplification, and standardization
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of process & RCSA execution
  • Support training and communication to drive process governance adoption
