Job Description:

provides support to Process Eng Manager and Process eng on whole production processes optimization both on standard and new products/formulas. Work with PEs in order to investigate, understand and implement solutions related to manufacturing issues through data analysis, lab analysis or testing, if required. Investigate with the PEs opportunities for improvement related to QC and process

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborates with process eng and the Process Lab Manager on improvement and cost saving projects by carrying out semi-industrial laboratory tests on: -Products in development
  • -Critical scale-up products
  • -Products with manufacturing issue
  • -Products with production processes to be optimized compared to existing ones
  • Collaborates with the process eng and the Process Lab Manager by carrying out lab tests relating to: - Products out of specification, -Quality problems with unknown causes (QP) and Stop of sale lots
  • Collecting data for providing detailed records and documentation of activities/projects defined with Process Engineering Manager
  • Manages and calibrates laboratory instruments

Requirements:

  • Basic chemical knowledge and basic analytical skills
  • Knowledge on technical evaluation (equipments and processes)
  • Technical diploma / Bachelor degree in chemical preferred/chemical eng or similar degree
  • English and Office programs knowledge
