FOUR PAWS is the global animal welfare organisation for animals under direct human influence, which reveals suffering, rescues animals in need and protects them. We are looking for dedicated people to enrich our team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Establishing and continuously improving FOUR PAWS' global Process Management Framework, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions and departments
  • Leading and managing multiple process improvement projects across the organisation, implementing all steps of the methodology (scope, design, documentation, measurement and evaluation)
  • Defining performance indicators and goals for processes and projects, aligning these with FOUR PAWS' strategic goals and objectives
  • Creating and maintaining BPMN process diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment across teams
  • Developing and deploying automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
  • Using advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Power Query, pivot tables, and VBA/macros) to perform data analysis, create dashboards, and measure process performance
  • Building Power BI dashboards to track and visualise process performance

Requirements:

  • Implementation-oriented mindset with a focus on practical and sustainable results
  • Hands-on experience with automation and data tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI and Excel (advanced), and Power Automate
  • Proven experience in process analysis, mapping, and improvement using BPMN standards and tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar)
  • High intercultural competence and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse global teams
  • Excellent English and strong communication skills
