Job Description:

The process excellence assistant consultant supports process owners with improving efficiency & quality, as well as change and transformation projects across transactional finance processes. Responsible for supporting teams, customers and stakeholders to drive and implement effective and measurable benefits through process improvement initiatives using the DMAIC methodology.

Job Responsibility:

Support teams to identify and prioritise process improvement opportunities
Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to identify process anomalies, pain points and process waste
Collaborate with teams to implement changes and monitor their correct application
Conduct process mapping and use root cause analysis techniques
Support development of KPI framework and track KPIs
Champion and endorse standardised working
Facilitate workshops and trainings to align processes
Contribute to transformational projects by supporting requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing activity, defect management and training
Champion business change and encourage innovation
Develop, update and maintain all process documentation

Requirements:

University degree in a relevant field, such as business or engineering
Demonstrated experience in business improvement initiatives
Exceptional analytical mind set and problem solving skills
Ability to understand process issues and conclude on acceptable solutions
Articulate communicator and strong facilitation skills
Able to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders
Engaging can-do mindset that overcomes resistant to change
Proficient in MS Office products Excel, PowerPoint experience is preferred
