Job Description:

The Shared Controls Group (SCG) exists to support the Markets business globally through the efficient execution of controls / processes that are common across region, product, and risk category. Specifically, within this role you will be responsible for the identification and implementation of automation-based projects.

Job Responsibility:

Assist our global business partners in the identification of automation opportunities
Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) and automation-based skills in the deployment of tactical and strategic solutions
Collaborate with technology partners in the requirements gathering and deployment of systemic automation projects
Promote education and adoption of automation tools across the Shared Controls Group (SCG)
Application of advanced data analytics through Business Intelligence tools to extract insight and trends across businesses, products and regions

Requirements:

Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
Advanced MS Excel knowledge and experience
Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL Queries
Experience in one or more of the following is advantageous: VBA, R, Python
Strong verbal/written communication, including the ability to confidently present to other Citi staff
Demonstratable skills in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
Knowledge and experience of the market trading function is advantageous
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Experience in one or more of the following is advantageous: VBA, R, Python
Knowledge and experience of the market trading function is advantageous
