Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Process Engineering Manager for a leading player in the Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Industry for their expansion. This company has a legacy of more than 50 years in the Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the process engineering team in developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and production, to support new product introductions and process improvements
Analyze production data to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies in all process engineering activities
Manage process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to address equipment issues and minimize downtime
Participate in budgeting and resource planning to support process engineering projects and initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles
Proficiency in Mandarin
