Collaborate with technicians to write clear and concise work instructions for new test methods
Provide experimental design support for projects related to the manufacture and performance evaluation of GRIN polymer optics
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to design and implement equipment modifications
Use data analysis tools and presentation tools to efficiently communicate experimental design, results, and conclusions
Manage project timelines and efficiently communicate progress, technical challenges, and successes
Participate in cross-functional FMEA and troubleshooting efforts
Understand and implement appropriate EH&S standards, policies, and procedures
