Process Engineering Intern

• Assisting in data collection, analysis, and trending for manufacturing batches (e.g., bioreactor, chromatography, and filtration steps)
• Supporting execution and documentation of process characterization, scale-up, or troubleshooting studies
• Participating in deviation investigations and supporting root cause analysis
• Maintaining and organizing process monitoring databases and dashboards
• Collaborating with Manufacturing, QA, and Process Development teams to transfer knowledge and support batch readiness activities
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., process robustness, yield improvement, or documentation efficiency)

• Currently pursuing a BSc or MSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, or Industrial) or Life Sciences (Biotech, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including MS Excel and MS Visio
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as a member of cross-functional team
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail
• Able to learn new technologies and platforms quickly, accurately, and efficiently
• Enthusiastic about applying your expertise to biopharmaceutical manufacturing
