We are seeking an experienced Process Engineering Consultant to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze existing business and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities
Design and implement process optimization and automation strategies
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
Develop process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Monitor process performance and recommend improvements based on data analysis
Support change management initiatives related to process improvements
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices
Requirements:
Strong experience in process analysis, process improvement, and optimization
Knowledge of process modeling tools such as Visio, BPMN, or similar tools
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex environments
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement methodologies
Experience with business process automation tools
Background in consulting or enterprise process transformation projects
