Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for fine wire production, ensuring consistent product quality and process reliability
  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Analyze process data and production performance to identify root causes of deviations and define corrective and preventive actions
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to introduce new materials, products, and technologies
  • Establish and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process parameters, and control plans
  • Support qualification and validation activities for new or modified equipment and processes
  • Drive efficiency improvements by reducing scrap, improving yield, and optimizing resource utilization
  • Provide technical training and guidance to production personnel

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or production support roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Solid understanding of metallurgical and mechanical principles, including wire drawing, annealing, and surface treatment processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with data analysis tools and ERP/MES systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Hands-on, practical approach and a problem-solving mindset
