Job Responsibility:
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for fine wire production, ensuring consistent product quality and process reliability
Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
Analyze process data and production performance to identify root causes of deviations and define corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to introduce new materials, products, and technologies
Establish and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process parameters, and control plans
Support qualification and validation activities for new or modified equipment and processes
Drive efficiency improvements by reducing scrap, improving yield, and optimizing resource utilization
Provide technical training and guidance to production personnel
Requirements:
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or production support roles
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Solid understanding of metallurgical and mechanical principles, including wire drawing, annealing, and surface treatment processes
Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with data analysis tools and ERP/MES systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Hands-on, practical approach and a problem-solving mindset
