Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Engineer with a well-established industrial equipment firm. This role will utilize AutoCAD Plant 3D to create P&ID drawings. The role will also be responsible for preparing other project related documentation such as Data Sheets, Functional Descriptions, and equipment sizing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Use AutoCAD Plant 3D to create P&ID drawings
  • Prepare project related documentation such as Data Sheets, Functional Descriptions, and equipment sizing
  • Review sales documentation on new projects to confirm process calculation and equipment sizing selections
  • Create project P&IDs in Plant P&ID and keep them current
  • Work with project team on equipment and instrumentation selection
  • Attend project meetings
  • Assist in development of department standards, procedures and sizing worksheets
  • Assist in new product development and designs

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in chemical engineering
  • 3 Plus year as a Process Engineer for Industrial projects
  • AutoCAD Plant 3D proficiency
