Process Engineer

ABOUT THE JOB Support the end-to-end lifecycle of a commercial product, including CAPAs, Change Controls, Investigations, and Process Validation activities. Contribute to the successful execution of an ongoing strategic project, engaging in both upstream and downstream process development or optimization. Act as a key technical partner to the Product Owner team during a transitional period, ensuring stability and continuity. Drive follow-up on technical actions with precision and accountability, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless process performance and compliance. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, producing clear, concise, and compliant technical documentation. Work independently while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and alignment across teams. Ensure continuous improvement and compliance with internal and external standards.
