Job Description:

Role - Process Associate. Location - Bangalore. This position involves communication, multitasking, and managing banking/financial processes while adhering to regulatory requirements such as KYC and AML.

Requirements:

Excellent Communication skills
Quick Learner and knowledge transferor
Good conversational skills
Ability to understand and interpret numeric data
Flexibility to work in shifts
Ability to build rapport with and relate to a wider range of people
Ability to multitask
Process/Project Management skills
Strong customer orientations
PC skills – Word, Excel & Access - Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge of various Banking/Financial Products and a good understanding on financial regulatory requirements KYC and AML
Ability to write business letters, E-mails and reports
Good interpersonal skill and teamwork spirit
Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data
Organizational and Time management Skills
