We're looking for an experienced Process Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll drive process development from concept through production, creating manufacturing plans, optimizing workflows, designing fixtures, improving quality and efficiency, and supporting the successful launch of new products. Job Responsibility
Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, routings, layouts, and engineering documentation for machined components
Create process models, drawings, and manufacturing packages using CAD systems for production and inspection
Design fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing methods to support efficient, high-quality production
Coordinate product launches and support production from initial release through ongoing manufacturing
Partner with Quality to define inspection requirements, implement process controls, and optimize customer requirements
Review product designs and manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance
Perform product and process analysis, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
Evaluate, develop, source, and justify equipment, tooling, and manufacturing technologies
Manage workflow and priorities between Engineering, Programming, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
Provide technical leadership, support other engineers, and contribute to special projects as needed
Requirements
5+ years of process engineering experience in a machining or manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of machining processes and manufacturing methods
Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
Familiarity with CAM systems and manufacturing workflows
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to have
Experience working with ferrous, non-ferrous, and superalloy materials
