Job Responsibility:

Development and support of technological processes for laser cutting and bending of sheet metal
Oversee and enhance welding and painting processes
Monitor and control material consumption rates
Optimize cycle times for maximum efficiency
Analyze causes of scrap and implement corrective measures
Develop technical specifications for equipment modifications and manufacturing of fixtures
Support product manufacturing through detailed specifications and training of the production team
Continuous improvement of processes by implementing 5S and lean manufacturing principles
Collaboration in creating a safe workplace through innovative technology development

Requirements:

3-7 years of experience in process engineering, specifically in metalworking technology
Upper Intermediate (B2) proficiency in Russian
Solid knowledge of SolidWorks and proficiency in MS Office (Excel included)
Deep understanding of laser equipment operating principles and laser cutting programs
Familiarity with welding and painting processes, as well as assembly processes
Experience in developing SOPs and line balancing
Knowledge of lean production methodologies and implementation of 5S
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues in production processes
A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation
