Job Description:

The position is technically and industrially rooted and offers a great deal of freedom for those who enjoy combining analysis and practical work in plants. You will have a central role in the development, testing, and scaling up of new products and processes, with direct impact on a competitive and future-oriented industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and carry out pilot and full-scale trials in collaboration with international professional environments
  • Responsibility at the start-up of new products and process lines
  • Identify and implement measures for better operations, resource utilization, and stability
  • Document results and translate them into industrial practice
  • Central role in further developing innovative concepts into robust production processes in full-scale operation

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in mineral production, chemical process technology, or equivalent
  • Experience from process industry, pilot plants, or production environments is an advantage
  • Ability to drive projects forward while collaborating well with the organization
  • Proficient in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
