Process Engineer

Provide technical expertise and leadership to the operations of the Fluff Pulp department, contributing to meet objectives for safety, environmental, quality, cost, and production performance

• A bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering field (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Paper Science, Industrial)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions
• Must be able to prioritize and assign resources appropriately
• Candidate must be a proficient user of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Candidate must be able to work with a group as a team member and the capacity to lead by example while ensuring employee accountability to all department requirements
• Candidate must be willing to work shift schedule as required

• A working knowledge of pulp, power, or paper area operations is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of safety
