Job Description:

Digital Process Engineer role requiring understanding of how different areas integrate within the sub-function to contribute to overall business objectives. The role will evaluate routine to moderately complex issues, supporting the development of approaches by weighing alternatives and leveraging various information sources. They will then use various digital tools, including AI, to help create process improvements and simplifications. Strong analytical skills are essential for filtering, prioritizing, and validating relevant information from various sources.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
  • Project Management Support: Support project lifecycle activities, assisting with scope definition, execution, monitoring, and delivery of process improvement and technology initiatives
  • AI Adoption and Integration: Act as a liaison, assisting the operation and BOSS Transformation team in identifying, evaluating, and supporting the integration of AI tools and platforms to enhance productivity and decision-making
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, assisting in providing clear and regular updates on project progress, risks, and results
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for new processes and tools to ensure successful adoption and sustainability
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, participating in team initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency while increasing customer satisfaction
  • Assist in aligning projects with benefit tracking processes to ensure accuracy and linkage to project scope and financial objectives
  • Support efforts to ensure team awareness of efficiency initiatives, and proper measurement, validation, and justification of realized savings
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint webparts, workflows, and scripts
  • Support the design and maintenance of SQL databases for process solutions
  • Develop Appian and Xceptor workflows
  • Contribute to the design and creation of information management, analytics, and workflow digital tools, supporting their implementation within designated areas
  • Analyze and interpret data from metrics/reports, identifying trends and providing insights to support decision-making
  • Utilize systems capabilities to create clear visual representations of metrics, assisting in the interpretation of insights for stakeholders
  • Actively contribute to developing and implementing solutions for continuous improvement
  • Support risk assessment activities for business decisions, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations, and contributing to the identification and reporting of control issues with transparency

Requirements:

  • Advanced SharePoint 2019/SharePoint Online
  • Experience with Jquery, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with SQL and Angular Preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience with development/coding tools
  • Proficient in English
  • Effective communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Self-starter who has a demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment
  • Experience working within a global and virtual team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to escalate issues appropriately
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, teamwork, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with minimal or offsite supervision
  • Ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment and work under tight deadlines
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and a strong consensus builder
  • Ability to contribute to and support small initiatives, collaborating effectively with diverse teams
  • Self-motivated and well organized

  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
