Job Responsibility

  • Define the plant's equipment needs, to support engineering changes and new projects
  • Ensure the acquisition, installation and validation of equipment according to the start-up schedule
  • Ensure the definition of the need for (Assembly Tables, Assembly Lines, WPO
  • Assembly Area Preconditions) for any new project as well as the budget required to issue the IR
  • Lead the team in the installation, validation and continuous improvement actions on the components (Quality, volume, cost) of the Assembly Tables, Assembly Lines, WPO
  • Ensure the availability of equipment at the SOP by making the necessary anticipations (alert suppliers, alert the MEC...)
  • Ensure the closure of all reliability reporting points under its responsibility
  • Follow up with suppliers and ensure that the equipment received meets specifications
  • Prepare all documentation concerning newly integrated machines
  • Contribute to the choice of suppliers for the purchase of equipment for the means of production

Requirements

  • Bac+5 / Engineering degree in a technical education (or equivalent)
  • Advanced English is mandatory
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Problem solving techniques
