Job Responsibility:

Plan and carry out demonstrations of flows for new product introductions for one or more of the following processes: Dielectric Film Deposition and Etch
Photolithography
Advanced Packaging and Assembly
Metrology and Characterization
Electrical Test
Own the operation specifications and create Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts for processes
Track day-to-day lot movements
Maintain accurate documentation of wafer lot processing
Analyze data to seek improvements in processes, product performance, and product yield

Requirements:

US citizenship
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering, science, or related discipline
Experience working in micro/nano fabrication cleanroom and/or nano material facility
Experience with SPC and DOE methodology
Experience with material characterization techniques (SEM, ellipsometry, etc.)
2+ years of experience preferred
Proven ability to work solo and with teams
Ability to work in a multi-site team setting
Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Can communicate effectively with Management, Engineers, and Customers
Flexible
willing to learn and grow in a startup environment
Reliable attendance and work quality a must
Ability to analyze and solve complex issues
Familiarity with semiconductor processing and equipment concepts, practices, and procedures
Knowledge of laboratory and chemical safety procedures
Ability to interpret and generate documents related to safety rules, operations, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Must be able to wear cleanroom attire, including protective eye gear, for up to 8 hours per day
Must be able to sit, bend, stand, walk, 8 hours per day
Must be able to lift and transport equipment/materials up to 35 lbs.
Must be able to work flexible hours based on company needs
