Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and delivery-focused Process Engineer / Scrum Master to drive continuous process improvement and Agile execution across projects. The role is responsible for optimizing workflows, enabling high-performing teams, and improving delivery efficiency through data-driven practices, automation opportunities, and Agile methodologies. This position works closely with engineering, QA, product, and stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery, quality outcomes, and scalable processes. The ideal candidate combines strong facilitation skills with a process mindset and actively identifies opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, testing effectiveness, and team collaboration.

Job Responsibility

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
  • Remove impediments and enable smooth team execution
  • Track sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and drive improvements
  • Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices
  • Ensure transparency in progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Analyze current workflows and identify efficiency gaps
  • Design and implement standardized processes and best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Define KPIs for process performance and monitor outcomes
  • Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual or repetitive activities

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery roles
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies
  • Ability to analyze metrics and drive actionable insights
  • Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to adopt an AI-first mindset and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, innovation, and decision-making within the role

Nice to have

  • Technical background or understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Exposure to DevOps practices or cloud environments
