Requirements

Bachelor/ Master of Engineering in (Chemical / Petro-Chemical/ Mechanical/ Fire & Safety/ Petroleum)
10 to 15 years of experience in Design HSE / Technical Safety / Loss Prevention related functions in Oil and Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical and Chemical Projects
Knowledge in offshore/ onshore engineering. Adequate experience in Concept, FEED and EPC projects
Min. 8 years of experience in reputed engineering consultancies/ EPC
Should have design expertise in areas such as , Firewater P&IDs & Layouts, Firewater Demand Calculations, Firewater Hydraulic Calculations, Hazardous area classification, Passive Fire Protection, Escape route, dispersion analysis, Fire & Gas detection and Quantitative Risk Analysis
Should have experience in vendor document reviews of fire and safety equipment, deluge and foam system, clean agent system
Must have sufficient exposure to process safety reviews such as HAZID and ENVID, HAZOP, SIL (LOPA)
Must be capable of providing technical safety related advice and guidance
Must have sufficient exposure to Indian and International Codes and Standards
Must have excellent communication and leadership skills and must be able to manage multiple projects

Job Responsibility

Ensures the maintenance and integrity of business unit(s) data
Create and maintain unit technical process standards documents, guidelines, and procedures
Provide discipline specific engineering assistance, direction and mentoring to colleagues
Support and provide technical oversight for capital project development
Develops project scopes, estimate level budgets and funding requests for approval and ensures projects meet budget as well as company engineer practices and industry standards
