This is a fully on-site, plant-based role for someone who wants to be close to the work, not behind a desk. Troubleshoot production challenges across materials, equipment, and process conditions
Work with resin-based systems (epoxy, phenolic, polyester, and custom blends)
Partner closely with operations, maintenance, and quality teams
Lead trials, process improvements, and new product introductions
Develop and refine process standards and best practices
Drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor
Requirements:
Background in Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
Experience in a production environment (coatings, paper, plastics, films, composites, or similar)
Hands-on, practical approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement
Comfortable working on-site and on the plant floor daily
Curiosity around how materials behave in real-world production
Nice to have:
Direct coatings or resin experience is a plus, but not required
