Procter & Gamble Amiens plant, located in the Somme department, is the largest P&G production site in Europe and the 2nd largest in the world. Job Responsibility

  • Resolve different challenges, make decisions and quickly see the results
  • Learn about P&G's technologies, standards, and methods
  • Develop capabilities through experience and consistent coaching and training
  • In Production - Packaging: constant improvement of production lines to increase efficiency (reduction of changeover times, reduction of stoppages, etc.)
  • In Production - Manufacturing: continuous improvement of manufacturing process to eliminate losses (reduction of formula change time, reduction of downtimes, operators training on chemical processes, development of maintenance plans etc.)
  • In Logistics - Supply Chain: involved in production planning, material supply management and distribution center, flow optimization, inventory management etc.

Requirements

  • Student in Engineering school or at Master level in a university
  • Very good level of English and French
  • Proficient in Pack Office
  • Appetite for new technologies
  • Ability to work in a team with cohesion and efficiency
  • Proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
