Process Engineer Fiber Cement

• Review and update manufacturing processes as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related problems
• Support start-up of new production lines
• Back up local quality and process teams in balancing cost, quality, and market expectations
• Champion implementation and sustainment of process improvements and standardization
• Define, document, maintain, and update manufacturing process standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized methods and ensure specification conformity
• Assess knowledge of local process experts and deliver necessary training
• Share good practices and develop the process community across plants

• Degree in engineering or a related science field (civil, industrial, technical, …)
• Relevant professional experience in a plant function (production, maintenance, quality …) with preferably some international exposure
• Strong technical and process understanding of fiber cement manufacturing
• Good analytical skills and ability to understand statistics and quality metrics
• Structural approach to problem solving and experience in managing projects
• Very good written and spoken English, any other major European language is advantageous (French, German, Dutch,…)
• Good understanding of SAP manufacturing modules and other manufacturing digital solution tools and applications
