Job Description

The Process Documentation Manager leads the development and maintenance of the Integrated Delivery Playbook, including documentation, version control, and process standardization. The Manager partners with stakeholders to minimize disruption, ensure alignment that enables lasting operational improvements.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of changes within the integrated delivery playbook, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, training programs, and coaching support for impacted end-users
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, and to ensure that process changes align with business objectives
  • Own the development, authorship, and ongoing updates of the Playbook, collaborating with SMEs to ensure content reflects current business practices and operational standards
  • Support the development and creation of training materials aligned with Playbook-driven changes and role-specific training requirements, partnering with the Training and Standards Manager to enable effective deployment across the organization
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to process adoption, compliance rates, and organizational alignment, providing regular updates and analysis to leadership
  • Collaborate with the Project Success team and SMEs to develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all Playbook-related workflows
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and team members to ensure successful change adoption and sustainability
  • Facilitate Process Workshops to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within the business related to documentation and standardization

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in process documentation, change management, or compliance tracking
  • Strong writing and analytical skills to document workflows, SOPs, and procedures
  • Experience leading cross-functional process redesign and change adoption efforts in a complex or matrixed environment
  • Experience with understanding and managing emotions, particularly in the face of resistance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives concurrently, with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Flexibility to adjust plans and strategies in response to changing circumstances is key
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
