This role belongs to our Global Supply function, which is responsible for production, procurement and logistics as well as health, safety, environment (HSE), quality, and facilities activities globally. Join as Process Development Manager in Logistics and Material Management where you will drive development, implementation and optimization of our global processes. You will influence digital transformation and collaborate across global business areas, production, procurement, logistics, inventory and IT teams. Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and implement logistics and material management processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize existing processes to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business and are updated in global management system (GMS)
  • Lead and manage logistics and material management development projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery
  • Work closely with logistics, material management, and IT to ensure requirements are understood and effective solutions delivered
  • Ensure seamless integration of new applications with existing systems and processes, targeting to increase level of automated processes
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of logistics and material management processes
  • Identify and ensure continuous maintenance of logistics and material management related master data to enable efficient processes and increased level of automation
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics and material management processes through technology solutions (ERP, AI, Robotic Process Automation)
  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes and systems

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • +7 years’ experience in logistics and material management, with a proven track record in process development and optimization
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for process outcomes
  • Ability to develop action plans and roadmaps and drive to complete tasks and projects
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable to respond to changing business needs or environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel
