As a Process Development Leader, you’ll take the lead in shaping and improving the end-to-end processes that keep our business moving, from the big picture to the everyday details that help us work smarter. In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across functions to co-develop and operate our IKEA Business Process Management Framework. Your passionate work creates the conditions for efficient, consistent and effective ways of working, supporting us on our path toward operational excellence. You’ll bring people together, connect the dots between processes and help ensure we’re always moving in one clear direction. Sometimes that means leading cross-functional initiatives, facilitating analysis and removing waste. Alternatively, you could be helping teams understand how processes work and where to improve them. It’s all about building a more aligned, more efficient and more future ready IKEA.
