Job Description:

We are recruiting a Process Development Leader, Record to Report for our Group Finance Development & Operations team! Do you have the ability to drive process? Are you able to look at things holistically and help drive process developments as well as the use of systems? If so, then we are looking for you! As a Process Development Leader, Record to Report you will already have excellent knowledge of the IKEA brand, the business, and Ingka’s business operations. You will be passionate about creating an Ingka fit for the future and motivated by business growth as well as supporting the growth of the people around you.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a specific process design and prepare the basis for decisions with E2E process view and collaborate closely with relevant functions
Secure consistency and interdependencies in the process development towards other connected processes
Lead the implementation and establishment of the process ways of working and secure designed process efficiencies and effectiveness
Assess and analyse the business benefit of identified process improvement potentials of specific processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives cross-functionally
Lead the process documentation according to a defined framework
Set up performance measurement (KPIs) for specific processes, secure connection with other processes and follow up on performance
Lead initiatives and projects and act as a specific finance process representative contributing to other Ingka projects
Secure and maintain a connection with and between core areas, business owners, group functions, process teams within Ingka Group
Secure cross-organisational readiness and continued business growth in terms of competence, performance and succession through enabling an end-to-end approach
Ensuring a safe environment for co-workers and external consultants and contractors in accordance with Ingka policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance/ economics or a related field
5-7 years with increased responsibility in accounting or finance related field
Strong ability to prioritize, provide clear directions and multitask
Ingka business experience
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English
Proven skills in developing people and provide support, coaching, training, and career direction to others
