We are seeking a Process Design Lead to help design, document, and standardise finance processes within a newly established Global Finance Services Hub. You will work across a complex UK portfolio of c. 80 contracts, supporting go-live, stabilisation, and ongoing process improvement. This role is ideal for a process-driven qualified accountant who thrives in a transformation environment and enjoys turning complexity into clarity.
Job Responsibility:
Map and document end-to-end A2R processes, producing Desk Top Procedures (DTPs)
Identify and implement standardisation opportunities
Capture cross-team interactions to support training and knowledge transfer
Design and roll out standard data input templates
Support go-live and post-go-live stabilisation, driving operational consistency
Identify inefficiencies and enhance controls
Collaborate with SMEs and offshore Financial Accountants
Requirements:
Qualified or QBE accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent)
Experience documenting and standardising finance processes
Strong control mindset with an eye for improvement
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to work across multiple contracts with varying requirements
