The Process Coordinator is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of key operational processes within the healthcare organization. This role assists in ensuring that clinical and administrative workflows are efficient, compliant with healthcare regulations, and aligned with organizational goals for quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Support the development and documentation of end-to-end processes for clinical and non-clinical operations
Identify inefficiencies and assist in initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce waste
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are patient-centered and staff-friendly
Help define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational processes
Conduct preliminary root cause analyses and assist in implementing corrective actions for underperforming areas
Utilize data analytics to support evidence-based decision-making
