Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in process consulting, process improvement, or a related field
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools, data analysis software, and automation technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma
  • Automation)
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
