Job Description:

As a Process Consultant within the Bosch Business Mobility Sector, you will be part of a global team focusing on developing and deploying production preparation solutions. You will coordinate digital transformation projects, facilitate process standardization, and support various IT and production departments in achieving lean and efficient operations. This role offers significant professional development opportunities in a multinational and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, deploy and support cross-divisional solutions within the Bosch Business Mobility Sector
Strive for lean processes and best in class standards
Contribute skills and knowledge in Production Preparation & Execution to develop, deploy and support solutions
Participate in the Global Team to drive digital transformation projects to successful implementations
Coordinate and facilitate process standardization in Production with other Process Experts, Process Managers and IT departments.

Requirements:

Functional experience with SAP and/or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and process knowledge in Production Preparation & Execution
Experience in consulting and rollout, as well as user support and training, are of advantage
Good competence concerning IT solutions in Production
Ideally also operational manufacturing experience
First experiences in S/4 are of benefit
Knowledge in Data Analytics (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud)
Basic project management skills
Self-organization, structured, responsible and goal-oriented
Analytical thinking and the competence to design holistic, sustainable solutions
Good communication and presentation skills
Bachelor degree in IT, Business Administration or Economics
Excellent English skills
Willingness to travel.

Nice to have:

Experience in consulting and rollout
First experiences in S/4
Knowledge in Data Analytics (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud)
Basic project management skills
Ideally also operational manufacturing experience.
