Job Description

We are looking for a visionary Process Automation Lead to dismantle legacy friction and build a world-class, automated experience for the teams driving explosive growth for our Experiences business. You will be the primary driver in enabling our Distribution Partnerships Sales and Marketing teams to 10x their impact. This is a high-autonomy role designed for a strategic leader who can bridge the gap between lean process optimization and cutting-edge AI opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead discovery sessions to identify and map high-friction points in the employee and customer journey
  • Translate complex AI and automation concepts—including Generative AI, chatbots, and predictive analysis—into scalable solutions for internal teams
  • Re-engineer and automate routine tasks to drastically improve resolution speed and accuracy
  • Identify and eliminate product or process blockers that cause employee or partner friction, ensuring measurable impact on service quality
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of automation projects, ensuring they are scalable, data-validated, and aligned with our global service-solution strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing operations with a proven track record of process optimization and automation
  • Deep understanding of Six Sigma methodologies paired with modern AI workflow tooling
  • A natural ability to collaborate with technical teams and external vendors to turn business needs into seamless delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leadership and execute complex roadmaps
  • A mindset that puts the partner experience first, advocating for simplicity at every touchpoint
  • Prior experience in a high-growth tech environment is preferred
