Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and technically proficient Process Automation Reporting and Analytics delivery lead to oversee and guide the architecture, development and execution of Process Automation Platform development, BI (Tableau) and ETL workstreams. In this role, you will lead teams across these workstreams helping dependent applications to deliver scalable, efficient and business aligned process automation solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Define and implement the overall process automation, BI and visualization architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, security and performance
provide architectural oversight and technical direction for low code technologies such Appian, Pega and others, Tableau and ETL workstreams
manage close coordination with functional application teams, stakeholders to align on process automation initiative and BOW
design, enhance and manage low code technologies, BI and Oracle/No-SQL database architectures, solutions with a focus on Oracle and other related technologies such as Appian, Pega, Knime/ETL and Tableau
lead and mentor a team of low code technology developers, BI analysts and ETL engineers ensuring technical alignment and consistency across workstreams
delivery lead and oversee Tableau solutions ensuring they are well integrated with data stores and meet performance standards
oversee the data flow between various systems ensuring accuracy, scalability and timeliness
define and enforce best practices for data security, quality and documentation
foster strong collaboration, implement high engineering standards to drive innovations and efficiency
monitor emerging trends, drive automations and improvement initiatives across workstreams.

Requirements:

14+ years of experience in solution delivery, architecture and implementation of scalable process automation solutions across low code technologies, databases, BI and ETLs
experience in a similar technology role with people management skills
experience in BI Tools such as Tableau, Low Code tools such as Appian, KNIME, Xceptor etc. and E2E delivery management
experience in working tools like BitBucket, JIRA, Confluence and Sharepoint
strong experience of interacting with globally diversified stakeholder spread over many international locations and time-zones (APAC, EMEA and NAM)
strong domain knowledge on consumer/retail banking products and regulations
working knowledge of industry practices and standards
demonstrated experience in constructing comprehensive plans and driving planning for both waterfall and agile programs
proven track record in managing large initiatives
experience in Tableau architecture, development and implementation. Familiarity with Tableau Server/Admin is a plus
proficiency in ETL, Data Transformation and integration tools like Ab-Initio, Talend, Informatica or Airflow
strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail
ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technology stakeholders and leadership
proven experience leading and managing technical teams.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Tableau Server/Admin
any professional relevant certifications.
