Requirements

7+ years of experience in business systems, Salesforce, or revenue systems roles, including 5+ years focused on Salesforce CPQ
2+ years of people management experience (or strong tech‑lead experience with clear readiness to manage a team)

Define and maintain the GTM roadmap, balancing new capabilities, AI, tech debt, scale, and business priorities
Design and govern the product catalog, pricing, discounting, approvals, subscriptions, and renewals to support evolving go‑to‑market motions
Ensure CPQ logic and configuration are consistent, well‑documented, and aligned with company policies and commercial strategy
Lead and Develop the GTM Systems Team
Manage, coach, and develop a team of system administrators, developers and business systems analysts
Own goal setting, performance feedback, and career development for your direct reports
Establish clear ownership areas, working practices, and SLAs for how the team engages with stakeholders
Foster a culture of quality, documentation, and proactive problem solving within the GTM domain
