Job Responsibility

  • Liaise with the clients and ensure effective communication as single point of contact
  • Timely processing of clients' accounts by monitoring and coordinating with the Finance operations team
  • Planning and managing timely month end accounting closure
  • Maintenance of training manuals
  • Digitize purchase orders and invoices with high accuracy
  • Keep records organized, accurate, and up to date
  • Assist the team in maintaining data confidentiality and security

Requirements

  • Completion of GCE O/L
