Are you a senior SAP functional expert ready to transform direct procurement processes on a global scale? Randstad is currently seeking a driven and experienced Process Area Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment in Gothenburg on behalf of our client, Mölnlycke Health Care. You will be a driving force in a specialized team, focusing on the digitalization and improvement of direct material flows and supplier communication. We are looking for someone with proven experience in implementing direct procure-to-pay solutions who thrives in a collaborative, global environment. We place great emphasis on your ability to combine technical SAP expertise with a strong business-oriented mindset.

Job Responsibility

  • Designing and implementing best-practice solutions for the direct procurement flow
  • Suggest and design solutions based on SAP best practices for direct material flows and supplier collaboration
  • Responsible for configuration, testing, and documentation within the SAP S/4HANA environment
  • Implement and optimize SAP Business Network (formerly Ariba) for PO, Order Confirmation, ASN, and Invoice collaboration
  • Conduct training for Key Users and ensure high-quality documentation to support the solution's adoption
  • Actively participate in the successful production go-live for global factory sites, ensuring robust integration between procurement, logistics, and finance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of SAP consulting experience, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions
  • Deep knowledge of Direct Procurement processes, solution design, and configuration within S/4HANA
  • Extensive experience implementing SAP Business Network or similar solutions with a focus on supplier collaboration
  • Strong understanding of integration points between procurement, finance, and master data, including compliance and authorization policies
  • Proven experience from direct procurement projects within large, global organizations
  • Ability to travel to the US 2–4 times during 2026
  • US Visa eligibility is required
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both Procurement and IT teams
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business policies into executable MDM rules and workflows
  • Proactive Driver: A self-starter who takes ownership of deliveries within the project scope and timeline set by the Project Manager
  • Teaching Ability: Strong capabilities in documenting processes and training others to ensure long-term solution success
