Job Description:

CVS Health is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Architect to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at identifying process and system gaps, optimize business processes, act as liaison between business and technology teams to build an optimal solution and effectively communicate status, business value and success metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Process Gap Analysis: Identify inefficiencies and gaps in HR and payroll systems and processes
Business Process Optimization: Analyzing and refining existing workflows to enhance efficiency
Solution Facilitation: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
Establish Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices and streamlined processes
Plan and Execute: Define project scope, estimate effort, track progress of multiple initiatives
Communication & Presentation: Create and deliver clear, compelling presentations to stakeholders
Process Visualization: Develop visual process flows to illustrate current and future state processes
Tool Utilization: Build and manage dashboards in Jira, utilize Microsoft Project and other Microsoft tools

Requirements:

5+ years' work experience
5+ years' experience as a business analyst or process architecture with expertise in defining current state business processes and proposing optimal future state
5+ years' experience with visualization tools like Visio, Lucid, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
5+ years' experience with Agile and project management tools like Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office tools
5+ years' experience managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives simultaneously
5+ years' experience working with Agile Methodologies and Product models
3+ years' experience in portfolio review presentations and stakeholder communication
3+ years' experience with execution and delivery (planning, delivery, and support)
Bachelor's degree required

Strong background in HR and Payroll processes with experience on working in HRIT/HRIS
Familiarity with change management processes
Experience working in large, matrix organizations
Experience with SQL and proficiency in creating data visualizations
Specialized training/relevant professional qualification preferred
