GP PR2PO Reporting Associate Analyst - ICC; Overview: Deliver agreed reports, including content, format and frequency / schedule for routine reports, and including those required to support specific programs/initiatives. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Macros or similar BI platforms. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reporting systems. Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis. Present insights and reports to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance. Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests. Requirements

  • Ability to analyze sourcing data and understand the processes
  • Good PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on experience with Sharepoint, Power apps and BI tools such as Power BI, Power automate, Power App, MS list/forms, Sharepoint List, Sharepoint Database etc.
  • Knowledge of Ariba and SAP systems reporting
  • Experience with analyzing and organizing complex data sets into logical summaries
  • Experience with creating and delivering analysis to internal and external customers
  • Experience with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros preferred)
  • Good English level
