Job Description

Drive complex problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and lead a structured plant-wide problem solving system, support cross-functional teams, and build organizational capability through coaching and collaboration to achieve sustainable performance improvements.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and drive complex process improvement initiatives utilizing Six Sigma & Shainin Tools in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost areas
  • Lead and drive establishment and introduction of the effective, structured, multilevel Plant Problem Solving System
  • Task Force Team Lead: establish standard approach for the Task Force activities and own process as its Lead
  • Team Member Mentoring: mentor and Coach candidates for the Greenbelts in Six Sigma projects
  • Plant interface for Global Advanced Problem Solving: act as the Plant Problem Solving Interface between Global and Plant Teams

Requirements

  • Skilled in Polish and English – mandatory
  • Technical education supported by Product/Process Knowledge
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certificate required
  • Experience in establishing problem solving process, providing trainings and coaching of a Team
  • Demonstrated experience in high complex data analysis, establishing effective metrics and apply of performance targets in tracking of the process improvements
  • Proven experience in influence of changes in a positive way of cross functional cooperation and collaboration
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Advanced Problem Solving in Automotive industry supported by documented successes
