Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as the technical interface with the customer to define the technical requirements of the Probe Card (PC)
  • Defining the most suitable PC architecture based on customer requirements and verifying technical feasibility, involving the various Design teams
  • Supporting the corporate Sales and Customer Care functions in defining the PC quotation
  • Coordinating PC Design activities
  • Technically monitoring project progress, managing specification changes and their impact on product implementation, supporting the Project Manager (PM) in executing the product development plan
  • Supporting the product Design Review: Internally, with Manufacturing, in order to identify critical points related to manufacturing
  • Externally, with the customer, in order to review and validate all customer requirements

Requirements:

  • Master degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent backgrond
  • Reading and understanding of electrical schematic, PCB and package design
  • Good knowledge of Excel and the Office package
  • Basic Knowledge of Autocad software
  • Basic Knowledge of ECAD software: Cadence environment
  • Proficient knowledge of the English language
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • 5 years of proven experience in electrical design, ideally within the semiconductor industry (preferable)
