Job Description:

Sacco Mann Recruitment is proud to be working with a respected and progressive law firm seeking an experienced Probate Fee Earner to join their well-established team in Sheffield/Manchester. This is a permanent role offering the opportunity to work within a forward-thinking organisation that values innovation, development, and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a varied caseload of probate cases end-to-end, using case management and AI tools
  • Accurately recording case information and updates within the system
  • Engaging with clients primarily via telephone and email, providing exceptional service
  • Collaborating with team members and support staff to ensure efficient case progression
  • Mentoring junior members of the team, sharing legal knowledge and best practices

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor, legal executive (CILEX), STEP member, or with equivalent probate law experience
  • Demonstrates initiative with strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Client-focused with excellent communication skills, capable of building positive relationships remotely
  • Experience in private practice or relevant legal setting, with a strong background in probate law
