Job Description:

My client is seeking a talented Private Wealth Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' post-qualified experience to join their growing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Become a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and business owners
  • Contribute to the firm's growth through your exceptional client relationships and business development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise in private client work, including advising on wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts
  • Possess experience in deputyship and court of protection work, which would be advantageous but not essential
  • Showcase your ability to manage a diverse caseload and provide exceptional client care and communication
  • Demonstrate a proactive and commercially minded approach to your work
  • Bring your networking and business development skills to the table
  • A minimum of 6 years' post-qualified experience in private client law
  • STEP accreditation, which is highly desirable
  • A proven track record of developing strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives

Nice to have:

  • Possess experience in deputyship and court of protection work
  • STEP accreditation
