Previous GDS experience and flights knowledge is essential
Fluent Arabic to native/mother tongue level reading, written and verbal
Extensive tailormade experience gained within the travel industry, working within luxury is essential with extensive knowledge dealing with UHNWI's
Professional and engaging telephone manner with the ability to develop rapport
Effective Sales and customer service skills.

Job Responsibility

Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email and design bespoke travel requests based in their needs
Use your own previous experience, destination knowledge to establish the clients' requirements and to recommend the correct programme for their needs
Use Amadeus to book flights and make any necessary amendments
Booking all aspects of travel for your customers including flight, private charters, hotels, car hire and more
Being available to resolve any pre and post departure issues
