Job Description

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler the Front Desk team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. As a Full Time Private Resident Receptionist, you’ll welcome the private residence guests to the property, provide exceptional guest experiences at check-in, during the guest’s stay and on departure.

Job Responsibility

  • Support every stage of the resident journey, from coordinating initial reservations in alignment with rental agreements to welcoming owners back to the property
  • Anticipate and fulfill resident requests throughout each stay
  • Arrange transportation, day trips, and dining experiences
  • Deliver a consistently timely and exceptional level of service
  • Resolves guest complaints, and find opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for all guests

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
  • Essential ability to quickly and positively establish rapport
  • Cross cultural sensitive and customer service orientation
  • Previous experience with Opera PMS is an asset
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and orally
  • Valid work authorization for Canada

Nice to have

  • Minimum 2 years experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment
  • Previous experience with Opera PMS
