This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of the strategic decision-making and governance of ORR, supporting our work to protect the interests of current and future rail and road users and promote value for money for taxpayers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work within the Private Office team providing executive support to ORR’s Chair, Chief Executive and non-executive board members
  • Carry out all the arrangements and high-level support required to run board meetings and committees, and director level meetings and events

  • To assist fee earners in progressing the client files, to include speaking to the client, passing on correspondence, organising meetings with clients and referrers and other professionals such as accountants
  • Initial client liaison in person and over the telephone, providing detailed notes of their enquiries and tracking ongoing progress. Arrange appointments with clients and provide comprehensive ongoing updates
