Job Description:

Private Mortgage Banker position at Wells Fargo focused on producing high quality jumbo loans, building relationships with affluent borrowers and financial professionals, and ensuring compliance with mortgage lending regulations including SAFE registration requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in soliciting residential mortgages from various sources
Produce high quality jumbo loans
Build relationships with realtors, builders, financial professionals
Develop and maintain visibility for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage
Present recommendations for producing loans
Receive customer applications and quote rates
Review and analyze financial and credit data
Inform customers of mortgage programs and policies

Requirements:

2+ years of Private Mortgage Banking Sales experience
Experience in soliciting residential mortgages
Understanding of real estate appraisals, title reports, and real estate transactions
Ability to review and analyze financial and credit data
SAFE registration compliance
Meeting Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements
Compliance with credit and background standards
